Our services

Clear advice first. We can build your website too, if you need one.

Healthcheck

A 60–90 minute chat about how your services, data, tools, people, safety and accessibility are working. You get a one-page summary and your top three priorities. A great place to start.

Baseline

A full check-up of your whole social enterprise. You get a clear report and an action plan, with a named person responsible for each step.

Focused Assessment

A closer look at one thing that matters, like a key service, a new system or a big funding decision. You get a detailed report, checked by a second reviewer before it reaches you.

Technology Advice & Roadmaps

Help choosing, setting up and using the right tools, plus a plain-English roadmap of what to fix first, within your time and budget.

Web Design & Development

Your website is often where people first meet your mission. Once the plan is clear, we design and build Framer, WordPress and custom sites and apps.

The support after launch has been excellent. We were shown how to update key pages ourselves, and whenever we had questions, the response was quick, helpful and reassuring.

FAQ

Where should we start?

Most social enterprises start with a Healthcheck. It’s a 60–90 minute chat that gives you a one-page summary and your top three priorities. If you already know what you need, you can go straight to a Baseline or Focused Assessment.

Do we need to be technical?

Not at all. You know how your social enterprise works; we turn your setup into plain language and clear decisions.

Is this just a sales pitch for a new website?

No. Lots of what we suggest costs nothing but a decision, like making better use of a tool you already pay for. If a build makes sense we’ll say so, but our job is to give you an honest picture.

What if we already know some of our problems?

Most people do. We’ll confirm what you suspect, spot what you’ve missed and help you decide which problem to tackle first.

What happens after the report?

You get clear actions, each with a named owner. We check in afterwards, usually around two weeks for a Healthcheck and 90 days for bigger assessments, to see if the changes are helping.
