The Digital Audit

See your whole digital setup on one page

The Problem

Most organisations have a visibility problem. Not a technology problem.

There's a website nobody can update. A spreadsheet four people edit at once. A subscription still billing for a tool you stopped using last year. One process that only works because one person remembers how. None of these show up on a balance sheet, and all of them cost you more than you'd expect.

A digital audit puts the whole picture in front of you. You can't fix what you can't see, and you can't plan around a setup you've never mapped.

What we look at

Tools

Every piece of software you pay for, listed in one place. We find the duplicate subscriptions, the licences nobody uses, and the tools you already own that could replace something you're about to buy.

Data

The information your organisation runs on: customers, delivery, finances. For each, we establish where it lives, who owns it, and whether more than one version of the truth is floating around.

Workflows

The tasks that eat the most staff time each month, traced from start to finish. When a single job touches five tools and three copy-paste steps, that's where the hours leak.

Website

Whether your site still says what you actually do, whether your team can update it without a developer, and whether the basics (contact forms, domain ownership, hosting) are sound.

Single points of failure

The systems that live in one person's head. We flag what breaks the week they're on leave, and what it would take to make the organisation less fragile.

What you get

A written report you can act on.

A clear document that lays out what you have, what's working, what's costing you, and what to do about it, with the fixes ordered by impact so you know exactly where to start.

On the Standard tier that becomes a full action roadmap, sequenced so you know what to do first, second and third. The report is yours to keep and to share with your board, your team or a funder. If you decide to fix things yourself, you have the map. If you'd like us to do the work, we already know the terrain.

Who is it for?

This is built for social enterprises, CICs and values-led organisations, usually somewhere between a handful of staff and a few dozen. Big enough that things have grown messy, small enough that no one's ever had the time to step back and map it.

If you're a founder or manager who suspects your digital setup is holding you back but can't quite point to where, this is for you

Pricing

Two ways in, both fixed price. No hourly billing, no surprises.

FAQ

Do we need to be technical to do this?

No. The whole point is to translate your setup into plain language and clear decisions. You bring the knowledge of how your organisation works; we handle the rest.

Will this just be a sales pitch for building us something?

The report is genuinely yours, and plenty of what we recommend costs nothing but a decision, like using a tool you already pay for. Where a build makes sense we'll say so, but the audit's job is to tell you the truth about where you stand.

How long does it take?

From the first call to the finished report is usually 3-5 days. We'll agree exact timings on the call.

What if we already know some of our problems?

Most people do. The audit confirms what you suspect, finds what you've missed, and, most usefully, tells you which problem to solve first.
